LXVBF-170 nylon vacuum bag film is a high elongation, high strength, transparent film; it's produced by European most advanced fully automatic production line of nylon vacuum bag film. The maximum width is up to 16 meters which can be done only in Longxing Company in our nation. This type of vacuum bag film has a higher tensile strength and not easily damaged during the operating process.
Application                                         
LXVBF-170 is a five-layer co-extruded type vacuum bag film, which has been widely recognized by the market and can provide greater security. LXVBF-170 nylon vacuum bag film has a higher tensile strength and elongation at break, the recommended maximum operating temperature is 170ºC, suitable for the vacuum infusion processing of unsaturated vinyl resin and epoxy resin etc., this type of bag film is widely used in the vacuum infusion molding process of wind energy structure, car industry, yacht industry and others. It is the best choice of the autoclave process at low temperature. LXVBF-170 is transparent and light yellow, so it is easier to observe the state of resin.
Instructions: The width of film in the chart can be specially obtained according to the customer's request, the average thickness deviation of film is less than ±0.005. In addition to the above content, products can be provided according to the order request.
Note: All nylon-based films absorb water, for this reason water or moisture absorption will soften LXVBF-170. It is recommended to pack the film in polyethylene bag, use and store in a relative humidity environment between 55% and 65% and around 20ºC. Data provided in the table is just for reference, which cannot be taken as the assurance of products.
